We  might not pay much attention to the water content in the vegetables we eat but we really ought to.  When we are born our bodies are made up of almost 78% water. As we age, the water content in our bodies start to decrease. This is something we don't always realize, particularly if we associate water with say, a glass of drinking water, or a body of water that we swim in.
