Shortcuts!  That's what we all like, especially in this ever-busy world.  We want shortcuts to make things easier.  But when it comes to health, are there any shortcuts we can take?  Sure there are!  We can take some shortcuts in our diet with superfoods

There isn't one single definition for a superfood.  It is actually an unscientific term that covers any food that is rich in nutrients or phytochemicals, and with no additives or artificial enhancers. It's challenging to eat healthy when we are surrounded by fast foods. I wish schools teach more about healthy habits.
